We get it, sometimes you need a break.
If you no longer need your E1 subscription, you can request a cancellation. To keep things secure, only an account administrator in your business can submit this request to our support team.
Step 1: Check if you’re an administrator
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Look for a Users tab:
- If you see the Users tab, you are an administrator.
- If the Users tab is missing, you have standard access.

Step 2: If you’re an administrator
If you are an administrator, please contact our support team to request a cancellation. You can do this by:
- Submitting a request through the Help button within E1, or
- Emailing us at support@estimateone.com
Our team will guide you through the cancellation process.
Step 3: If you have standard access
If you don’t see the Users tab in your settings, you’ll need to ask an administrator in your business to contact us on your behalf.
