How to resolve or manage multiple E1 accounts

Some people, particularly those who manage teams in multiple states, need access to more than one E1 account.

We understand you need to access multiple teams across your organisation, and we're happy to help you with this. Reach out to our support team and we can assist you in setting up your account to access separate state accounts.

If you need to navigate between multiple accounts, click on your name in the top right hand corner to bring out the drop down menu. Here you’ll be able to switch between your multiple accounts.

If you can’t see your other accounts you could be signed in under the wrong email address. Any issues, please reach out to us as these situations are usually quite unique.

Am I able to merge my account with a colleague's account?

Of course, we actively encourage you do this.

Having one account per company means you can collaborate on projects with your colleagues and ensure you’re not double handling / missing work.
