Tracking Package Progress

Guide to managing subbie responses

1 min read

There are two ways to track which packages have been issued and how your trade coverage is sitting throughout your procurement process.

  • From the Letting Schedule
  • From the package dashboard for an individual package

After you import your documents from the tender project or upload a new set of documents, your package will have defaulted to a ’Draft' status. The status can be seen in the Lettin sSchedule and from each package dashboard.

Track progress from the Letting Schedule

  • Once you have issued RFQs to your subcontractors and suppliers, this package will move into a ‘Pricing’ status until you have awarded your package
  • You can sort by package status from the schedule toolbar, ensuring you stay up to date with which packages need your immediate attention

In addition, you can see your Quote Coverage:

  • Hovering over your package Quote Coverage results will expand to show you exactly how many subbies have;
    • submitted a quote
    • are planning on pricing
    • have told you they aren’t pricing
    • or are yet to get back to you

Track progress from the package dashboard

Inside the package dashboard you can see the same information as above, as well as who the individual subbies you've invited are and their Document, Scope and Quote Status.
