Package Status
The status of a package is summarised in the Status column.
There are three package statuses that you will come across:
Draft - When no RFQ's have been sent to subcontractors for your package
Pricing - RFQ's have been sent for pricing but no decision has been made to award
Awarded - These are the packages that have been awarded to subcontractors. Hover over the โAwardedโ badge to see which subbie your package was awarded to
Priority
Nominate the importance of a package by selecting from the following priority status options:
Quote Coverage
Quote coverage gives you a snapshot of responses you can always mouse over to see the exact amount.
Colour Coded fields
The different colours indicate the progress and areas that require your attention, facilitating your tracking of essential procurement dates for your project.
