How will I know there have been changes to my docs in Procore?
You will know that there have been changes to documents in Procore because;
- You will see the green dot next to your Documents tab
- When clicking into the Documents tab, you will also see a description of the changes highlighted in yellow
- The project contact will be sent an email whenever changes have been made to documents in Procore
If you scroll down to your documents list, you'll see 'New' or 'Revised' against each of the changed documents.
How to issue a revision based of document changes
- In the Documents tab select 'Review updates and notify affected subcontractors'
- You will be taken to the Document Matrix and a pop-up will appear notifying you that there have been document changes
- Your Matrix will appear and you will see your new or revised documents highlighted in green
- You can amend your trade packages here based on the document changes here. Find out how.
- When you are finished, select 'Update Packages' (top right)
Notify Subbies
You will not need to do this step if you have not issued any invites to subbies in the trade whose packages you have updated.
However, if you have already invited subbies to these packages in the post-award phase and you make changes to documents in their packages, you will be prompted to notify them.
- A pop-up will appear to Confirm & Notify. The subbies that you need to notify will be auto-selected.
- Input a subject and message to subcontractors if you wish, then select 'Complete Addendum'
- The subbie will be notified by email that they need to download the latest set of documents
You can view a record of the revisions applicable to each subbie you have by accessing the Audit Trail within the Package Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Package Dashboard by selecting the relevant package from the Schedule
- Select the three dots on the far right on the same line as the relevant subbie
- Select 'View Audit Trail'
